- 175 g yourt (cream)
- 1 teaspoon horseradish, freshly grated
- 1 teaspoon mustard, hot
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 1 pinch (s) pepper
- some lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon oil (sunflower)

- Mix the yogurt in a bowl until creamy. Mix the horseradish and mustard together. Season to taste with salt, sugar, pepper and lemon juice. Gradually stir in the oil with a whisk.
- Suitable for leafy salads such as endive, ice cream, lamb`s lettuce or lettuce.
