Ingredients
- 1 pointed cabbage, thinly sliced
- 50 g butter
- 2 lemon (s), the zest it
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, smooth, finely chopped
- 1 stick horseradish, freshly grated
- 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard, coarse
- Tarragon, cut
- some poultry stock
- salt
- sugar
- Nutmeg, freshly grated

- Steam the pointed cabbage strips in butter with salt, sugar, nutmeg and a little poultry stock. Season with lemon zest, parsley, tarragon, horseradish and coarse mustard immediately before serving.
