How to make hot sprats and cheese sandwiches:

Open a jar of sprat.
Grate cheese on a fine grater put in a deep plate. Add yolk and sour cream.
Mix cheese well with yolk and sour cream.
Cut the bread into slices. Turn on the oven.
Smear the bread with butter. Spread half of the cheese mixture on the bread.
Place (1-2) small fish on each slice.
And on top again a layer of cheese.
Put the finished sandwiches with sprats and cheese on a baking sheet, put on the middle shelf.
Bake in a hot oven at 190-200 degrees for 5-10 minutes (until the sandwich turns yellow).
Hot sprats and cheese sandwiches are ready.
Serve hot toasts with sprats and cheese on the table right away.
