Ingredients

  • 1 packet spaghetti
  • 1 packet feta cheese
  • 2 scoops mozzarella
  • 1 bowl cherry vine tomato (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 9 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, darker
  • 15 basil leaves
  • 0.5 ½ zucchini, grated
  • 1 handful pine nuts
  • salt and pepper
  • Herb
  • sugar or sweetener

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles al dente. Meanwhile, cut or dice all other ingredients and place in a large baking dish. Grate the zucchini and add to the mold. I then season with herbs, salt, pepper and some sugar / sweetener.
  2. Roast the pine nuts in a pan (without fat!) Until golden brown and add them. Then add the pasta to the baking dish and stir well. Then cover and place in the oven under aluminum foil for 30 minutes at 180 degrees circulating air.
