- 100 ml mayonnaise
- 200 g smoked ham
- 150 g mozzarella, rated
- 150 g Gouda, freshly rated
- 100 g cheddar cheese, freshly rated
- 50 g parmesan, freshly rated, optional
- 200 g crème fraîche

- Depending on your taste, you can experiment with the types of cheese and mayonnaise in order to come as close as possible to the original. If you like it spicier, you can also add some parmesan.
- Brush the wraps evenly with mayonnaise on one side. Place one to one and a half slices of ham on top and sprinkle with the various types of cheese. Roll up the wraps, making sure that the cheese does not fall out at the ends (it is not necessary to knock in the ends). Then place the seams down on a piece of baking paper.
- Bake at 180 ° C top and bottom heat for 10 to 14 minutes on the lower rack. They are done when they are lightly browned and the runny cheese is visible at the ends.
