Ingredients
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 1 small can maize (vegetable corn)
- 500 g turkey breast
- 2 bell pepper (s)
- 1 large cucumber (snake cucumber)
- 500 ml Miracel Whip, light
- possibly milk or cream

- Pluck the iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl. Cut the turkey breast into fine strips, season and fry. Cut the pepper and cucumber into strips or pieces.
- Layer the turkey breast, corn, cucumber and paprika on the salad, mix Miracel Whip with a few tablespoons of milk or cream and pour over the salad. No additional seasoning necessary.
- Let it steep overnight. Mix just before serving. Just with roast and baguette, a great party salad.
