Ingredients
For the dressing:
- 200 ml crème fraîche, or crème légère
- 100 ml olive oil
- 100 ml water
- 1 dash lemon juice
- 1 ½ tablespoon mustard
- 1 garlic clove (s), pressed through
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 2 cm anchovy paste or 3 , to taste
For the salad:
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- Parmesan
- Turkey breast, cut into strips, fried

- Mix the ingredients for the dressing very well with a whisk or wooden whisk.
- Chop up the iceberg lettuce, wash and spin dry, arrange on two large plates. Spread the crispy fried turkey breast strips on top, slice the Parmesan cheese into thin slices and spread on top, pour the dressing on top.
