Ingredients
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
- 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
- 3 tomato (s)
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 0.5 can ½ (s) peas
- 1 packet turkey meat, in strips, or chicken strips (approx. 300 grams)
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoon vinegar (fruit vinegar)
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (wine vinegar)
- 0.5 ½ cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon oregano

- Cut all the ingredients as small as you want, fry the turkey strips in the soy sauce and add to the salad then prepare a salad dressing from oil, vinegar and oregano, season with salt and pepper (to taste), I usually add garlic salt as well. Then let it steep for about an hour.
- The salad tastes best with herb baguette or fresh bread.
