Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ head iceberg lettuce
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon elderflower syrup
  • 1 dash maple syrup
  • Herbal salt from the mill
  • Herbal pepper from the mill
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, hotter
  • 2 tablespoon rapeseed oil

Instructions

  1. Pluck iceberg lettuce into bite-sized pieces, wash well and drain. Peel the onion and cut into rings.
  2. For the salad dressing: Mix the vinegar, elderflower syrup, maple syrup, herb salt, herb pepper and mustard together well, then beat in the rapeseed oil.
  3. Put the lettuce in a salad bowl, pour the salad sauce over it and mix well. Finally sprinkle the onion rings over it and another two turns of herb pepper.
