Ingredients
- 1 leek, large
- 1 carrot (s)
- 1 pear (s), not too soft sweetness, or apple
- 1 slice (s) boiled ham, fried poultry / meat strips, sheep`s cheese
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 2 tablespoon yoghurt, fat level your choice
- 1 dash lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon, leveled vegetable stock, grained
- Pepper, freshly ground
- Curry, to taste
- salt
- Herbs your choice e.g. parsley, dill, chives

- My recipes are ww-suitable and can be expanded with sour cream and meat or cheese according to your own taste.
- Cut the leek until it is darker green and cut into finer rings. Wash and blanch the carrot cut into fine strips in salted water for approx. 2 - 3 minutes.
- Drain over a sieve and let cool down a little.
- In the meantime, peel the sweet pear and cut it into small cubes. Pour some lemon juice over the pear.
- Make a kind of cream from the above ingredients and mix everything together!
- Fold in the ham or meat or cheese just before serving or add as a side dish.
- Fresh garden herbs refine the salad
- Let it sit well chilled and then enjoy.
- WW calculate the pure salad 1.5 P with ham and cheese according to the fat levels and weight!
- Lean ham, cooked 50g = 1 P.
