  • 1 tuber (s) turnip (s) or swede, small
  • 1 tablespoon oil, or more
  • 1 liter vegetable broth, heartily flavored
  • 1 piece (s) cheese, hearty (goat cheese or other)
  • salt and pepper
  • chili

Instructions

  1. My dishes are geared towards low-fat cuisine and suitable for ww!
  2. More fat and cheese can be added at your own discretion.
  3. Use the bread machine to cut the peeled turnip into slices as thick as chips. Put these in a container and marinate heartily with the boiling vegetable stock and spices! Cover and let steep in the brew.
  4. After cooling, drain the turnips over a sieve and dry them on crepe.
  5. Season the slices again with spices of your choice, salt, pepper and possibly chilli and fry on both sides in the hot oil in the grill pan.
  6. Lower the temperature a little and let it sizzle a little soft. Slightly firm to the bite tastes best!
  7. Do not add any liquid!
  8. Before the end of the roasting time, place a slice of Camembert goat cheese on the slices and allow to melt.
  9. Be sure to use cheese with a strong taste!
  10. With toasted brown bread or toast bread or something else!
