Ingredients

  • 2 kohlrabi
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 large onion (s), very finely chopped
  • 1 clove (s) garlic, finely chopped or pressed through
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock, grained
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 3 tablespoon oatmeal, tender
  • salt and pepper
  • Curry powder
  • Paprika powder
  • Parsley or other herbs your choice
  • mineral water or milk
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Roughly grate the kohlrabi and carrots, then mix with the onions, garlic, spices, eggs, herbs and oat flakes. Let it swell briefly. If the mass is too dry, you can add some mineral water or milk.
  2. Put in a pan with hot oil and fry slowly. Slowly because the vegetable rosti are easily too dark. It`s worth the wait!
