Ingredients

  • 3 slices bread (s), wholemeal bread in a rectangular loaf shape
  • 200 g cream cheese (0.2% fat for WW)
  • 2 slices processed cheese, or 1 corner 5% fat
  • 2 slices salmon, smoked approx. 90 g at WW
  • 1 anchovies or anchovy paste
  • 1 onion (s), cut into thin rings
  • 1 apple with peel, pitted, cut into thin rings
  • some horseradish, grated or from the jar
  • 1 teaspoon sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
  • 1 teaspoon ajvar or tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder (rose paprika)
  • sugar
  • lemon juice, or light balsamic vinegar
  • Herbs

Instructions

  1. My recipes are based on a low-fat diet and the fat content and quantity of the ingredients can be expanded at any time!
  2. Portion the cream cheese into 100 g and mix 1 x with anchovies and spices!
  3. Mix the rest of the cream cheese, also 100 g, with horseradish, sour cream or cream horseradish, mustard and spices!
  4. 1. Brush slice of bread with anchovy cheese and top with fine onion rings, place on top of the processed cheese. Dust the pepper and paprika!
  5. Parsley on the anchovy onion layer is delicious and fresh!
  6. 2nd disc - is covered or coated twice !!!! -
  7. Brush with a little ajvar or tomato paste, apply the rest of the anchovy cream and immediately squeeze these two coated slices together.
  8. Place the cream cheese with the horseradish on the side of the 2nd slice that is not yet occupied, place thin apple slices on top and put another thin layer of horseradish cream on top of the apples.
  9. Top with the salmon! Pepper a little! Fresh dill on the salmon adds a fine note!
  10. The herbs are based on your own taste!
  11. 3. Brush the slice with the horseradish cream again and place on the salmon!
  12. Wrap everything tightly in aluminum foil and press hard against each other!
  13. Now chill for at least 3 hours!
  14. Cut into 2.0 cm thick slices in the foil with a sharp knife!
  15. Makes about 7 - 8 slices!
  16. I either like a sliced sweet pear sprinkled with rose paprika or grapes.
  17. Salad of any kind with it, but not on bread, it tears ugly!
  18. For WW -
  19. 3 crate slices of black wholemeal bread 250 g - with WW full 4 p
  20. 200 g cream cheese 0.2% fat 2 p
  21. 2 slices of processed cheese 2 P or 1 corner of processed cheese 25% fat 1 P
  22. Smoked salmon 2 slices 90 g 3 p
