Ingredients
Flour – 70 Grams
Eggs – 2 Pieces
Sugar – 70 Grams
Milk – 100 Milliliters
Vegetable oil – 2 Tbsp. spoons
Soda – 1/2 Teaspoon
Egg – 1 Piece (filling)
Butter – 1 Tbsp. spoon (fill)
Sugar – 3 Tbsp. spoons (fill)
Apple – 3-5 Pieces
Directions
First of all, turn on the oven and preheat to 180 degrees. Prepare all ingredients.
Beat eggs with sugar.
Add milk and vegetable oil.
Stir until smooth.
Peel the apples and cut into thin slices. Place in dough.
Mix everything well and place in a parchment-lined dish. Place in the oven for 30 minutes.
Combine egg, sugar and butter to prepare the filling. Whisk until smooth.
The cake has begun to brown a little.
Pour out the pot and send the mold back to the oven.
Bake for another 10 minutes.
If desired, the cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar before serving.
