Ingredients

  • 100 g flour

  • 250 g quark
  • 500 ml cream, whipped
  • 2 packs jelly, green

  • 250 ml water

Instructions

  1. For the base, stir together eggs, sugar and hot water until frothy. Fold in the flour and baking powder.
  2. Bake in a 26 springform pan at 175 ° C for about 15 minutes.
  3. Cook a packet of jelly with sugar and 250 ml of water according to the instructions on the package and allow to cool. Mix the quark, cream and jelly together.
  4. Place a ring around the base, fill in the quark mixture and let it harden in the refrigerator.
  5. Cook the second packet of jelly according to the instructions on the pack and let it cool down. Pour on the quark mixture and let it harden. Remove the cake ring.
