Jelly Cake with Berries

Jelly cake with berries is a delicious and delicate dessert. The use of gelatin greatly simplifies the preparation of desserts and cakes without baking. Dessert is made quickly, but eaten instantly because everyone really likes it – both children and adults, without exception.

Ingredients
- Fresh strawberries – 100 g
- Fresh blackberries – 100 g
- Fresh raspberries – 100 g
- Gelatin – 20 g
- Berry compote – 500 ml
- Water – 50 ml
- Vanilla sugar (optional) – 1 sachet
Directions
- I pour the gelatin into a cup, fill it with water at room temperature, and let it stand for 10-15 minutes to swell.
- The berries must be washed and dried. Separate the leaves from the strawberries, if any.
I cut the strawberries into 4 parts. The rest of the berries remain intact. - I put the swollen gelatin in the microwave for 30 seconds to warm it up, then pour the heated gelatin into the compote and mix well until smooth.
- I pour a little compote into a chilled mold, spread out some of all the berries, and distribute them evenly over the shape.
- I pour the berries in the form with a part of the compote, again spread some of the berries, and again pour the compote. So until all the berries and compote cover the whole form. I put the completed form in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight to completely solidify the jelly with berries.
- I put a dish on top of the frozen dessert and gently turn the jelly out of the mold onto it. I remove the cling film.
- I cut the jelly cake and serve it to the table.
