- 0.75 liter ¾ juice (josta berry juice), cold, freshly juiced
- 1 vanilla pod, the pulp it
- 5 g citric acid

- Mix the cold josta berry juice with the other ingredients and cook for 4 minutes according to the instructions on the packet.
- Pour boiling hot into well-cleaned twist-off glasses (boil the lids out beforehand!) And close tightly.
- Turn upside down for 5 minutes.
- This jelly is particularly suitable as a filling for Frankfurter Kranz.
