Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 4 slices ham, cooked
  • 1 roll, soaked and squeezed out
  • 1 onion (s), chopped
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper
  • 1 bunch parsley, smooth, chopped
  • 2 carrot (s), finely grated
  • 20 g cream cheese with herbs

Instructions

  1. Knead all the ingredients for the meat dough - including the finely grated carrots. Butter a loaf pan and pour half of the meat dough into it. Brush the ham slices with the herb cheese, sprinkle with parsley and roll up. Place in the tin and cover with the remaining meat batter. Place in the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour.
