Ingredients
- 200 g butter
- 200 g suar
- 400 g flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 egg (s)
- 750 g quark (lean)
- 200 g suar
- 1 packet custard powder (vanilla)
- 4 egg (s)
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup milk
- 1 glass sour cherries or
- 1 can tangerine (s)

- Knead the dough from the butter, sugar, baking powder, flour and egg, spread on the greased baking sheet (or underlay with baking paper).
- Mix the remaining ingredients (do not boil the pudding, only use powder) into a creamy mixture and spread it on the dough.
- Distribute drained fruits (alternatively only cherries, only mandarins or as a mixture) decoratively on the dough.
- Baking time: 1 hour at 175 degrees on the middle rack.
