Juicy Сhicken Сasserole “Sissy” with Apples and Cheese

Juicy chicken casserole with apples and cheese will definitely win you over from the first bite. You cannot find a recipe for a more juicy, tasty, and healthy casserole. With a minimum of ingredients, you will have a great lunch or dinner for all family members, even the smallest.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 600 g
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc. (150 g)
  • Apples (sour varieties) – 2 pcs.
  • Sour cream – 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for lubricating the mold

Directions

  1. Cooking minced meat: pass chicken fillet and onion through a meat grinder
  2. Salt the resulting minced meat and knead.
  3. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
  4. Peel the apples and rub them on a coarse grater. (Better to take sour apples.)
  5. On the bottom of the mold, lightly greased with vegetable oil, put the kneaded minced meat, then lay out the apples and sprinkle with grated cheese on top.
  6. Lubricate with sour cream. We send it to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees. Cooking meat casserole with apples and cheese for 40 minutes.
  7. Let the finished chicken casserole brew for 20 minutes.
