Ingredients

  • 1 kg of cottage cheese
  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 g semolina
  • 100 ml of milk
  • 100 g butter
  • 4 eggs
  • vanillin

For the filling:

  • fruit
  • candied fruit
  • nuts
  • raisins
  • bananas

Directions

  1. Grind softened butter with sugar, add eggs, semolina, milk, vanillin, and filling. Mix well, add cottage cheese, and mix everything again. Leave on for 30 minutes. infuse.
  2. Bake the cottage cheese casserole at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. to a ruddy color. The casserole is very tender.
