Ingredients
- 250 g rice
- 3 spring onion (s)
- 200 g cooked ham
- 3 bell pepper (s)
- 1 small Can corn
- 1 lemon (s), juice it
- 2 teaspoons mustard
- 6 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon chili sauce, sweet
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon spice mixture (Chinese spice), or curry

- Cook the rice in salted water (or broth), leave to cool. Dice the onions, ham and peppers, drain the corn. Mix and add the remaining ingredients. Let it steep for half an hour in the refrigerator.
- Just as suitable as a light dinner or as a party salad.
