Instructions

  1. Cut the white cabbage into narrow strips, then fry in oil so that it is still a little crunchy and does not turn brown. Then fry the ground beef and add to the cabbage.
  2. In the meantime, cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packet, drain well and add to the pan with the cabbage and the mince. Season with soy sauce, salt, pepper and Chinese spices as required and pour fresh parsley or coriander on top before serving.
