  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ pepper
  • 2 teaspoon spice mixture (Chinese spice)
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 8 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into fine strips across the grain. Clean the vegetables and cut into fine strips. Thinly slice the mushrooms and slice the peeled onion into rings.
  2. Whisk the stock with the spices and cornstarch, hang a sieve over it to collect the fried ingredients.
  3. Heat 1.5 tablespoons of oil in a large pan or in a wok. Add the ingredients in the order listed and stir-fry until they have changed color and are fragrant.
  4. Add the stock to the fried onion under the sieve, stir well, bring to the boil and season to taste. Swirl and heat all ingredients in it. Serve immediately.
  5. As a side dish, we eat rice and Chinese cabbage salad.
