If you want a delicious barbecue, but there is no time for a picnic, an electric barbecue grill will come to the rescue. In operation, the electric BBQ grill is almost indistinguishable from ordinary barbecue grills. And I’ll tell my favourite recipe for barbecue.

Ingredients
Pork (ham) – 1 kg
Bulb onions – 4 pcs.
Dry red wine – 1 glass
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Adjika – 1 tbsp
Directions
Wash the meat. Dry. Cut into slices.
Peel and wash the onion. Cut half into rings and grate half on a fine grater.
Put the meat in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, add grated onion, adjika and wine. Mix well. Lay the onion rings on top. Leave the meat to marinate for 3-5 hours in the refrigerator.
String the meat on skewers alternately with onion rings. Fatter pieces of meat in the upper part of the skewer so that the fat released during frying drips down the lower pieces. Put on the protective cover.
Insert the skewers into an electric BBQ grill and bake the kebab in an electric BBQ grill until tender (about 25-30 minutes, but watch the kebabs during frying, checking the readiness of the meat).
Turn off the electric BBQ grill and put the BBQ on a dish. Serve with fresh vegetables and herbs.
