Pancakes remain fluffy not only in a frying pan but also on a plate, very tender, soft. For me, this recipe was really perfect. Try it!
Ingredients
Kefir – 0.5 l
Chicken egg – 1 pc
Sugar – 1.5 tbsp
Salt – 1/3 teaspoon.
Wheat flour / Flour (250 ml glass = 160 gr) – 2.5 stack.
Soda – 0.5 teaspoon.
Vegetable oil (for frying)
Directions
Pour kefir into a bowl. Add egg, salt, sugar. Mix. I used a mixer.
Then add sifted flour and baking soda. Usually, soda is thrown into kefir so that it goes out, here you need to add it with flour.
To stir thoroughly. You need to stir the dough immediately well because then it is absolutely impossible to interfere with it! And leave the dough for half an hour so that the reaction of kefir with soda goes.
After half an hour, bubbles formed on the surface of the dough (the reaction started), you can start frying.
Heat vegetable oil. Remember that the dough can no longer be stirred.
Take the dough with a spoon from the edge, trying not to disturb the dough, and, as it were, pinch it against the side of the bowl. Spread gently in a skillet and fry over medium heat.
