Ingredients
Pork tongue – 300 grams (boiled)
Peas – 200 Grams (canned)
Chicken Egg – 3 Pieces (boiled)
Avocado – 1 Piece
Pickled cucumbers – 2 pieces
Mayonnaise – 4 Tbsp. spoons
Salt – 3 Pinches
Ground black pepper – 2 Pinches
Lemon juice – 0.5 Teaspoons
Directions
Prepare the indicated ingredients. Boil the pork tongue in advance, peel and cool. Optionally, you can replace it with milk sausage.
Peel the avocado, remove the pit, and cut the flesh into medium cubes. Pour into a deep salad bowl and drizzle with lemon juice, stir. This is done to prevent the flesh from darkening. Drain the marinade from the canned green peas. Empty it into a container.
Cut the boiled tongue and pickles into the same cubes. Leave the cucumber slices for 5 minutes to release the juice, which then drain. Add the slices to the container.
Cut the boiled chicken eggs into small cubes, add the slices to the salad bowl to the rest of the ingredients. Put mayonnaise of any fat content, salt and pepper. Optionally, you can add to the salad and chopped green onions if you like a more piquant taste in the dish. Mix everything gently.
Put the keto-olivier on a dish or in bowls, bowls, decorate to taste and serve. If you wish, you can chill the salad in the refrigerator before serving.
