- 250 g mararine
- 250 grams sugar
- 250 g flour
- 6 egg (s)
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 cup / s coffee, large
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 4 cl Baileys Irish Cream or Chantre Cream
- 2 cups cream
- some eggnog

- First make a batter from 250 g margarine, 250 g sugar, 250 g flour, 6 eggs and 1 packet of baking powder and bake at 175 degrees for about 45 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix a large cup of coffee with 2 tablespoons of cocoa, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 glasses (4 cl) of Baileys or Chantré Cream.
- Prick the finished cake with a wooden needle (or a thick wooden skewer) while it is still hot. Carefully pour the liquid into the holes from the outside in. (Everything!)
- To let it cool down. (Possibly overnight)
- Whip 2 to 3 cups of cream until stiff, pour on and possibly around the cake and decorate with eggnog.
