Instructions

  1. Peel the kohlrabi and cut into very fine slices. Then fry them in portions in hot clarified butter until they are soft and lightly browned. Layer in a prepared baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Chop the herbs and the fine greens of the kohlrabi and stir into the processed cheese. Spread this mixture over the kohlrabi slices.
