Ingredients

  • 1 ½ kg pork (comb, cut into approx. 0 slices / grilled roast meat)
  • 2 teaspoons salt, heaped

  • Oil for frying
  • 3 large onions, cut into rings
  • 0.5 ½ cup beer
  • 1 pack dough (Thürigner dumpling mass), cooling shelf
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 egg (s)
  • some water

Instructions

  1. Halve the comb slices, season and coat thinly with mustard. Fry briefly on both sides in hot oil and place on a greased tray. Sauté the onions in the frying fat, deglaze with beer and spread over the meat. Mix the dumpling mixture well with the spicy grated cheese, sour cream and egg. Mix with a little water to a spreadable mass. Spread everything over the meat.
  2. Fry in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 25 - 30 minutes until everything is browned.
