Ingredients
For the shortcrust pastry:
- 250 g flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 125 g mararine
- 60 g suar
- 1 egg (s)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- Fat for the shape
For covering:
- g 1,500 apples
- possibly lemon juice
- 50 g butter
- 50 grams sugar
- 50 g raisins
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch if necessary
For the cast: (bee sting cast)
- 10 g butter
- 75 grams sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 Table spoons milk
- 60 g flaked almonds

- Make a shortcrust pastry from the first seven ingredients.
- For the topping, peel the apples, remove the core and dice. If necessary, drizzle with a little lemon juice. Stew the apples with butter, sugar and raisins for about 10 minutes. If the mixture is watery, stir in 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and bring to the boil again. Then let it cool down. Grease a springform pan and line it with the shortcrust pastry. Put the apple mixture on the dough.
- Preheat the oven to approx. 200 ° C top / bottom heat.
- For the bee sting cast, melt the butter, add sugar, honey, milk and flaked almonds and bring to the boil. Spread the icing hot on the apples.
- Bake in the hot oven for about 45 minutes. Let rest for about 6 hours before cutting.
