Korean Spicy Cucumbers

Korean style spicy cucumbers are an appetizing appetizer with a rich piquant taste of roasted sesame seeds and the right proportions of spices, thanks to which these cucumbers acquire their unique and real relish. Bon Appetit!

Ingredients

  • Cucumbers – 400 g
  • Onions – 35 g
  • Green onions – 10 g
  • Garlic – 10 g
  • Roasted sesame seeds – 3 teaspoon
  • Red chili pepper, flakes – 2 teaspoon.
  • Sugar – 2 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce – 3 tbsp
  • Sesame oil – 3 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Cut onions into half rings.
  2. Finely chop the garlic.
  3. Chop the green onion.
  4. Slice ech cucumber along the length of the fruit and cut into semicircles.
  5. Put cucumbers, onions, garlic in a deep bowl. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, chili peppers, sugar and toasted sesame seeds.
  6. Mix everything thoroughly – and Korean-style spicy cucumbers are ready.
