Ingredients

  • 2 lamb salmon, cut into 4 medallions each
  • 1 egg (s), hard-boiled and finely chopped
  • 1 cup herbal cream cheese (approx. 200 g), room temperature
  • 2 slices toast, not toasted
  • 1 tablespoon herbs, mixed, Italian, frozen
  • 50 ml sweet cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Pepper and salt the medallions.
  2. Now put the mug of herbal cream cheese in a bowl. Debark the toast slices, dice finely and add. Then add the herbs, the egg and the cream and all in one
  3. Mix relatively smooth mass. Season with salt and pepper if you like. Next, spread the herb mixture onto the meat half a centimeter.
  4. Fry in the preheated oven at 200 ° C on the middle rack for approx. 30 - 35 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
  5. Potatoes or pasta go well with it.
