Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to (as precisely as possible) 100 °.
  2. Lamb (if you use a slice of a leg, it is advisable to either remove the skin or make several incisions) with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a pan, fry the lamb on each side for approx. 2 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, spread out a sufficiently large piece of double-layered aluminum foil and sprinkle with thin slices of garlic.
  5. Place the seared lamb on the garlic and close the aluminum foil. Put the package in the oven for 20 minutes.
  6. Under no circumstances cook or let the juices spread out in the switched off oven. This makes it tough and dry.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
