Ingredients

  • 4 beef steak (s)
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 500 g sea salt, coarse
  • 1 cup water
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix sea salt with water and form into a bed on a baking sheet.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, insert the tray with the salt bed and bake for 5 minutes.
  3. Pepper the steaks on both sides. Press the garlic cloves and mix with the olive oil and brush the steaks with it. Place the steaks on the salt bed and bake for a total of 10 minutes. After about 6 minutes, turn the steaks and brush with olive oil again.
  4. Then let the steaks rest for a few minutes, wrapped in aluminum foil. Salt the steaks and serve immediately.
