Ingredients

  • 500 g pasta, your choice, cooked
  • 400 ml whipped cream
  • 200 g ham, raw, fine strips
  • 50 g parmesan, fresh, rated
  • 1 onion (s), red, peeled and diced
  • 2 egg (s), (M) fresh
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Parsley, fresh, chopped
  • in Butter, flakes

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil, bacon and onion in a large pan (2-3 minutes) then add the pasta and 300ml of the cream. Keep the whole thing warm with little heat input (60 °).
  2. In the meantime, add the whisked eggs and freshly grated Parmesan to the rest of the cream and season.
  3. Put the contents of the pan in a casserole dish greased with olive oil and pour the cream-egg-parmesan spice mixture over it. Put the butter flakes on top and bake in the preheated oven at 175 ° C for 25-30 minutes, remove and sprinkle with the parsley.
  4. You can also serve a sauce with it.
