Lamb`s Lettuce with Bacon and Walnuts

• 1 tablespoon vinegar (red wine vinegar)
• 1 teaspoon vinegar (wild blueberry vinegar)
• 1 tablespoon olive oil, spicy
• 1 tablespoon oil, cold-pressed walnut oil
• 3 walnuts, (half)
• 80 g bacon, well mixed
• 150 g lamb`s lettuce
• salt
• pepper
• parsley

Instructions

1. Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry them briefly in a hot pan. Put on the lamb`s lettuce with the sauce. Put the bacon and crushed walnuts over the salad on the plate.
