Ingredients

  • 5 sausages (crackling sausages)
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 3 small potatoes
  • 1 small Can corn
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 500 ml broth
  • 1 dash tomato ketchup
  • 1 liter sauce (barbecue sauce)
  • 1 packet tomato (s), strained (200 g)
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley
  • Paprika powder, hot pink
  • curry
  • 1 tablespoon crème fraîche

Instructions

  1. Cut the sausages into slices. Chop the onion, garlic, bell pepper and potatoes into small pieces. Fry the sausage slices in a saucepan in a little oil, then add the onions, as well as the paprika and potato pieces. Fry briefly, add garlic and corn and pour on the broth. Cook on a low heat for 15 minutes.
  2. Then add the tomatoes and a good shot of ketchup and barbecue sauce. Let it simmer again briefly. Season the stew with salt, pepper, paprika, curry and parsley. If you like, you can add a spoonful of crème fraîche or some cream. But also tastes great without for those who want to pay attention to the figure.
  3. 4 soup cups can be filled with the amount I have described. Depending on how good the eaters are, you can add a little more of this or that.
  4. As a lazy student, I cook this stew on days when I don`t feel like shopping, cooking or washing up. It goes quickly, is practically impossible to spoil and tastes good. In addition, it is of course changeable, you can put in everything that is in the refrigerator and has to be taken away.
