Instructions

  1. First, the leek is cut into small pieces, washed and dried with kitchen paper. Then the leek is stirred into the softened butter and seasoned a little with salt and pepper.
  2. The leek butter tastes best when it can sit for a few hours - even better for a day. On freshly baked bread - delicious!
