- 150 grams flour
- 4 egg (s)
- 2 Table spoons milk
- 0.25 teaspoon ¼ salt
- 100 g cheese, rated
- 1 small onion (s)
- 75 g mararine
- 500 g leek
- 100 g bacon
- 150 g ham, cooked
- 150 g whipped cream
- salt
- pepper

- For the dough: knead the flour, 1 egg, milk, salt, cheese, onion (grate) and margarine and put in a cool place. For the topping: leek (blanch), bacon and ham (fry), whisk 3 eggs with cream and a little salt and pepper. Bake in a springform pan in the oven at 140 degrees Celsius for about 30-40 minutes.
