Ingredients
- 1 lettuce (s), washed, cut into pieces
- 1 radish (s) peeled and cut into thin strips
- 1 packet herbal cream cheese, 62.5 g
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 4 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, pressed through
- salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch (s) sugar, optional
- 1 teaspoon pistachios, chopped

- Mash the cheese with a fork and mix with milk. Add oil, vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper and mix everything into a spicy dressing.
- Put the lettuce and radish in a bowl, pour the dressing over them, mix carefully and serve sprinkled with pistachios.
