  • 10 mandarin (s)
  • 2 lemon (s), organic
  • 750 g quark, 20% fat
  • 100 ml cream
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 150 g spiced speculoos
  • Cinnamon powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Rub the zest of one lemon, squeeze both lemons, then mix the zest and juice with the quark, cream, vanilla sugar and normal sugar in a large bowl.
  2. Peel the mandarins, separate the individual segments and cut them in half. Lift under the curd. Roughly crumble the speculoos in your fingers and fold in. Let it steep in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Serve dusted with a little cinnamon.
