- 360 g flour
- 200 g suar
- 280 ml buttermilk
- 3 egg (s)
- 1 point baking powder
- 1 point vanilla sugar
- 200 g almond (s), leaves
- 60 g suar
- 125 g butter
- 1 cup cream

- Mix the flour, sugar, buttermilk, eggs, baking powder, vanilla sugar and spread on a baking sheet. Mix the almond flakes and sugar and sprinkle on the dough. I`ve also used chopped almonds and flaked almonds together. Melt the butter and pour the cream over the almonds.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
