Ingredients
For the ground:
- 1 cup whipped cream, 200 g
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 egg (s)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 lemon (s), juice and grated zest
- 2 cups flour
- 1 packet baking powder
For covering:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 125 g butter
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 200 g flaked almonds

- The cream cup is used to measure sugar and flour.
- Mix all ingredients for the base well together. Grease the baking sheet, spread the dough on it and smooth it out. Bake in a preheated oven (top and bottom heat) at 200 ° C for about 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, heat the sugar, vanilla sugar, butter and milk in a saucepan and cook while stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Then remove from the heat, fold in the flaked almonds and let the mixture cool down a little.
- Now spread it evenly and carefully on the hot dough and bake for another 12-15 minutes at the same temperature. Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool down.
