- 200 g whipped cream
- 200 g suar
- Vanilla pod (s), the pulp

- 255 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- Lemon (s) - zest, grated
- 100 g butter
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 150 g almond (s) (flakes)
- 1 glass red fruit jelly

- Mix the cream, 120 g sugar, vanilla pulp, salt and eggs. Add the flour, baking powder and lemon zest. Knead everything well. Spread the batter evenly on a well-greased baking sheet. Bake in a hot oven at 200 ° C (fan oven 175 ° C) for about 10 minutes.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add 80 g sugar, milk and almonds, stir. Take the tray out of the oven and spread the groats on it, tablespoon at a time. Spread the almond-fat mixture evenly on top and bake for another 18-20 minutes at the same temperature. Allow to cool on a grill.
