Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 1 cup whipped cream, (200g)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 point baking powder

For covering:

  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 point vanilla sugar
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 100 g almond (s), chopped or sliced
  • Fruit your choice, e.g. apples

Instructions

  1. The cream cup is the measure for this cake.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the dough quickly and spread them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Top with fruit as desired, e.g. apple slices.
  3. Bake at 200 ° C for 15 minutes.
  4. In the meantime, briefly bring the butter, sugar, milk and almonds to the boil and allow to cool a little. Spread over the pre-baked cake and bake for another 15 minutes.
