Ingredients
- 500 g noodles, (Kritharaki)
- 2 large pointed peppers, red
- 2 medium clove garlic (s)
- 1 medium cucumber (s)
- 3 medium carrot (s)
- 3 packs ready mix, (organic salad fix, Italian herbs)
- salt and pepper
- Oil, for the Salatfix
- water, for the Salatfix
- vinegar, for the Salatfix

- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet and rinse in cold water. Cut the pointed pepper, carrots and cucumber into small pieces, chop the garlic very finely. Mix the pasta and vegetables in a large bowl. Mix the Salatfix with water, oil and vinegar in a small bowl according to the package instructions and then pour over the salad. Stir vigorously and season with salt and pepper. The salad should then steep for 1-2 hours.
- Annotation:
- I use organic salad fix, as this is mixed with water, vinegar and oil. The common Salatfix sauces are only mixed with water and oil. The vinegar, however, gives the salad a heartier flavor.
