Linguine Recipe

Linguini pasta is a delicious and hearty dinner. My step-by-step recipe will show you how to make this beautiful dish effortlessly. All preparation takes no more than 30 minutes. Bon Appetit.

Ingredients

  • Linguini – 350 Grams
  • Broccoli – 400 Grams
  • Garlic – 3 Cloves
  • Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  • Pitted Avocado – 2 Pieces
  • Grated Parmesan – To taste
  • Salt – 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil 1 liter of water in a saucepan. Add salt.
  2. Add pasta and cook as directed, stirring occasionally.
  3. 5 minutes before the pasta is ready, add broccoli, divided into small florets, to the pan.
  4. Drain off the water, leaving one glass. Place the pasta in a bowl.
  5. Make the sauce by whisking garlic, basil, and avocado in a blender. Salt. Add olive oil and lemon juice. Whisk until smooth.
  6. Add the sauce and half of the pine nuts to the paste. Also pour in a sufficient amount of the remaining cooking water.
  7. Sprinkle with leftover pine nuts and Parmesan when serving.
