Ingredients

For the puree:

  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 1 dash milk
  • 1 dash olive oil
  • salt

For the sauce:

  • 2 large onions
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 150 g herbal cream cheese
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 dash balsamic vinegar
  • 1 squirt lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • salt
  • paprika powder, noble sweet
  • some pepper, whiter, freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying, neutral

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and quarter the potatoes. Cook the potatoes in salted water for about 20 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, peel and chop the onions, then in something neutral
  3. Fry the oil until they get color. Clean and slice the mushrooms
  4. add to the onions. Fry the vegetables for a few minutes until the water starts to come out of the mushrooms. Then stir in the herbal cream cheese, pour the milk into the sauce and season with balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt and paprika powder. Finally, add the freshly ground pepper and turn the stove down so that the vegetables just simmer until the mashed potatoes are ready.
  5. When the potatoes are cooked, drain the water and puree the potatoes with a hand mixer. Stir in milk as required and a splash of olive oil, and then carefully season with salt.
