Liver Meatballs

Many different dishes are prepared from the liver. I offer you liver meatballs, which are prepared very quickly and easily. Chicken liver meatballs are a very tasty and satisfying dish.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver – 300 g
  • Bulb onions – 1/2 pc.
  • Chicken egg – 1 pc.
  • Flour – 1.5 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. Prepare food.
  2. Wash the liver, remove excess films. Then finely chop the liver. Add finely chopped onion. It took me half an onion.
  3. Mix everything thoroughly, salt, pepper, add flour, egg.
  4. With the help of a tablespoon, put the future meatballs in a preheated pan with sunflower oil. Fry for 3 minutes on each side.
  5. Done! Serve with your usual side dish!
